Place your order on-line 24 hours a day or to reach us by phone, call Customer Care Mon-Friday between the hours of 9 AM- 6 PM Pacific. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal payments.

Shipping Fees & Sales Tax:

Lip conditioners are carefully wrapped and shipped via First Class mail for a flat shipping fee of $2.95 or if Priority Mail is preferred, the flat shipping fee is $4.50 per order. Shelissa's collects 6% sales tax (by law) from customers residing in Maryland.

Shipping to someone else?

If you would like any portion of your lip balm order shipped directly to the giftee, make a note in the comment box during checkout. Include the "To" and "From" info and any message you would like to include. Also, in the "shipping address" type the gift recipient's address.

Shelissa's Return Policy:( Updated 1/02/09)

Your satisfaction with Shelissa's Lip Balm Co. products are important to us! Product that is unopened (safety seal intact) may be returned within 14 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Kindly wrap products in a secure shipping box to avoid breakage. We suggest sending returns with delivery confirmation or tracking number. Shelissa's Lip Balm Co. cannot be held responsible for return products that do not have a tracking number.

Please call customer service toll-free at (877) 743-5477 to authorize a return for a full refund, excluding shipping. For product that has been damaged in shipping, a replacement product will be sent free of charge. Many thanks for shopping at Shelissa's Lip Balm Co.
